is located in the Guadalentín valley, a
region in which, because of its climatic
conditions and rich soil, produces most of the
paprika peppers grown in Murcia and without a
doubt the best quality of the region, which for
over one hundred years has been supplying
the most and best quality sweet peppers that is
consumed both in the Spanish and European
market.
As we are growers inscribed in the Guarantee
of Origin register of the pepper of Murcia, with
several hundred hectares of crops, we can
fully guarantee that our product is obtained
through the most traditional methods such as
dehydration by sun rays and manual de-
stemming and that origin and the health
conditions are guaranteed and they are
Murcian produced peppers.
We also produce organic peppers.
The modern facilities and machinery which
carries out the grinding and transformation
process of the paprika allows us to obtain a
wide range of qualities and specifications that
our customers require in a reduced time.
Quality control takes place from the growing
product going through the washing and
disinfection process prior to the dehydration as
well as on reception and grinding.
Before leaving our premises the paprika goes
through a natural sterilizing process with steam
which ensures that the bacteriological levels of
the product are reduced to practically
insignificant levels. Quality control is carried
out in our own laboratory and is then
contrasted and guaranteed by high level
internationally approved laboratories.
