In 1999 an olive oil mill was added to our facilities to obtain extra virgin olive oil.
With this product, one of the main tasks has been to convince the growers that to obtain quality oil it was necessary to have quality olives with certain growing and gathering conditions and for them to be processed appropriately.

Our wide range of products in this area go from sending the product in loose format to three types of packaging: glass, tin and PET in diverse formats which range from 40cc to 5000cc and in different varieties such as organic Arbequino and different types of Coupage. We also make a small amount of cold extraction oil which is like the yolk, the essence of the oil, highly valued by specialists.
We also process organic extra virgin olive oil which comes from our partners.

Organic extra virgin olive oil is obtained from an olive oil mill authorised to process organic oil that comes from olives that have neither received phytosanitary chemicals nor chemical fertilizers and that the olives have no residue of pesticides or any other harmful product that could be a threat to the health of the consumer. Furthermore the growing process must have been environmentally friendly as regards the land and surrounding area of the trees.
